FreeYourLenz didn’t just happen—it evolved. It all started in 2013 in Cleveland, OH with my first company Evolution Media Syndicate. Our mission? To promote free expression, personal growth, and community impact.
From Evolution to Revolution
FreeYourLenz didn’t just happen—it evolved. It all started in 2013 when my close friend and I co-founded Evolution Media Syndicate in Cleveland, OH. We shared a vision: to inspire positive change by empowering independent artists and professionals. Our mission? To promote free expression, personal growth, and community impact.

We pushed boundaries and hit milestones we once thought were out of reach—like having Cuyahoga Community College (my alma mater!) sponsor our flagship event, the Make It Work Networking Conference. Based in Cleveland, we built a reputation for curating some of the city’s most creative, community-driven events, bringing together artists, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.

But we weren’t just event planners—we were brand builders, career strategists, and creative catalysts. We managed artists, helped them craft their personal brands, produced music, and even hosted charity drives. Our mission was bigger than just business; we were creating safe spaces where artists could express themselves freely and authentically.

That belief became the foundation for FreeYourLenz Society Club—a brand that’s more than just clothing. It’s a movement, a mindset, and a reminder to create with purpose and intention.

Hey there, I'm Najah Lee—a proud East Cleveland, OH native and the creative spark behind FreeYourLenz. With an associate’s degree in Recording Arts Technology from Cuyahoga Community College and a journey in creativity that started at thirteen, I’ve built my career on resilience, bold expression, and uplifting others. Raised with humble means and limitless values, my mom taught me to be fearless and resourceful, fueling my passion for music production, photography, and everything in between.
